Terms and conditions

Each piece is handmade with care, and I try to represent each object as accurately as possible in the photographs. Slight variations in texture, colour, shape, or finish may occur, and these small differences are part of what makes every piece unique.

All prices are listed in EUR. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Prices are VAT exempt under article 293 B of the French CGI. (TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI)

Orders are usually shipped within 3–5 business days via La Poste / Colissimo. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer. While every effort is made to ensure your order arrives safely, we cannot be held responsible for shipping delays or parcels lost in transit once they have been dispatched.

Shipping costs include careful protective packaging suitable for fragile handmade objects, as well as tracking and insurance when applicable.

Local pickup in Paris is available by appointment. If you would prefer to collect your order in person, please select “Studio Pickup” at checkout. Pickup details and timing will be arranged by email after your order is confirmed.

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and I kindly ask that items are returned using a tracked shipping service, ideally in their original packaging. Unfortunately, i cannot refund items that are lost or damaged during return transit.
